All in the Family

My mom made this gingham print necklace for me.

My little brother made a beaded bracelet with my name and then charged me $2. We're trying to convince him to open an Etsy store but he's resisting.

Coming Soon

These cookies will be for sale in my Etsy shop as soon as I get settled into my new place.

Not-So-Edible Arrangements

These gum paste flowers have been sitting in a glass display case for over a year now. I brought them out to take pictures with my new camera. I can't believe how long they've lasted!

I made this orchid at the Wilton School of Cake Decorating. I didn't have time to dust it with color while I was there but I like it the way it is.

These royal icing flowers are leftover from my final cake at the Wilton School.

It's Amigurumi Time!

I remember being banned from Nintendo as a child because I played too much. So when I saw these amigurumi Nintendo characters in t0fugurl's Etsy store, I could almost hear the Mario Brothers theme song and I was brought back to a simpler time of fighting the bad guys by jumping on their heads.

Costume Jewelry

I picked up some supplies at Michaels craft store yesterday and made myself a necklace. I found the Fleur de Lis and the pearl beads in my mom's bag of vintage charms.

My "Wedgwood Cookies" are still a favorite of mine so I was very happy to get an order for this personalized version on Etsy.

At first I was skeptical that I would be able to pull off these giant name cookies without them breaking in half. I still don't think they would survive a long distance shipment but they made it through a delivery in one piece to my friend, who came up with the idea for his children's Easter baskets.

Custom Cookies

I made these custom cookies for an artist in California. They were a lot of fun to decorate because of the simple lines and bright colors. You can see her art on her Website, http://www.axelhoney.com/ .

Baby Blue Bird Gurumi

Just the other day I discovered the wonderful world of amigurumi and I have become obsessed! This baby bird is from Luvly-gurumi's Esty store.

Pretty Packages

After many trials, this is what I came up with for packaging my cookies. Ribbon is not cheap and I print my own labels but it's worth it for these pretty boxes!

I brought the Snowball cookies back to my Etsy store because they taste too good to wait until Christmas.

Love That!

I'm so in love with Boojiboo's aprons. I bought one for myself and I wear it whenever I work on my cookies... basically I've been living in it.
