New York International Bridal Week

Over the weekend I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to be a sponsor at Claire Pettibone's runway show at New York International Bridal Week at Pier 94.

For this event I created a "cookie cake" consisting of 42 cookies on a tiered display along with 250 cookies to be given to the guests of the show. The cookies were iced in lavender and sage then brush embroidered with gold flowers to go with Claire's French theme for this year.


  1. These are wonderful! I love the gold brush embroidery. What is used to color the royal icing gold? Or is it painted?

  2. Thanks Joanne! I use Wilton pearl dust in gold to paint the royal icing.
