Synergistic Cookies

I love the way these Brush Embroidery Cookies look together in a group, as if they were all pieces cut from the same bolt of fabric. This lavender bunch was a custom order for a wedding.

Cookie Blues

This particular shade has become my new favorite color. Although it looks more like cornflower blue, Wilton's gel paste food coloring in delphinium blue works perfectly for these Cookies Inspired by Wedgwood.

The Wilton Wedding Cake Project

After two long weeks away from home, here is my final project from the Wilton Master Course.

This cake could end up at the ICES (International Cake Exploration Society) convention this summer in Illinois along with some of my other classmates' cakes. Keep an eye out for it if you're there!

Wilton

I'm in Darien, IL for two weeks to take the Master Course at the Wilton School of Cake Decorating (my prize for winning the Castle Decorating Contest)
These are some photos of what we've been learning in class.
My Aunt took me to her apartment in Chicago this weekend.
