Fourth of July Cookies
I never thought I'd be on a quest to find a tiny souvenir Statue of Liberty. Now that I live in Chicago, however, I wish I'd taken advantage of the gift shops in those NYS thruway rest stops while I was living there.
Fortunately, they sell everything you could imagine over the Internet so I found what I was looking for and was able to make a silicone mold to create these fondant figures for my Fourth of July Cookies.
